I have a range of options to suit your health and fitness needs. Sessions are either 30mins 45mins or 60mins.

Small Group Training:

$20 per session

Small group training sessions are a fun and high intensity circuit style session with a maximum of 10 people to ensure you still get a personal and safe experience.

Session Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am-6:45am

Single session $20pp

2 ON 1 PT

Train with a friend for $50pp

All 2 on 1 personal training sessions are 45mins.

45mins $60pp

Body fat testing

$25

Receive a full body composition analisis using a combination of skin fold calipers and body girth tape to find out the details of your lean mass, fat mass and body fat percentage. This is a great tool to track your progress in the gym on a fortnightly or monthly basis. This service is free for active PT clients.
